The Moon In You {FREE CLASS}

Why is it that people know more about the Moon than their own cycle and emotions? So many people "ou" and "ah" at the Moon, looking to it for answers about how they feel. I was, and still am, one of those people who love the Moon! However, the Moon doesn't have the answers. What the Moon provides is a map for connecting to our INNER MOON which resides in our emotional bodies, cycles, and natural rhythms. 

Here's the thing: How can we be receiving answers if our awareness is outside of ourselves and if we have minimal to no guidance for drawing on the intelligence of our feelings and tuning into our bodies? Let's explore.

In this FREE class, you will learn:

• The fundamentals of lunar astrology and how it can be used to become emotionally intelligent and connected to yourself
• The Moon's 4 primary phases and its connection to your Inner Phases through cycle awareness 
• 4 holistic ways to live in sync with the Moon In You for embodied cycle wisdom
• Tips for interpreting your natal Moon sign
• Common misconceptions and experiences that keep us from accessing and honoring our innate (lunar) emotional intelligence
• This one mindfulness practice that changed my life in matters of self-love {hint: inner child!}

We will end with intuitive movement for the Inner Winter guided by Ariel & Raven from the Sacral Embodiment Collective. All bodies and gender identities welcome. No experience necessary.
