We invite you to join us in connecting with your unique wave of cyclical wisdom in this experiential class combining cycle awareness, nervous system education, and intuitive movement to help awaken the authentic shapes in this season of You.

In this class, we will:

• Explore cyclical awareness through the lens of the menstrual cycle and polyvagal theory (autonomic nervous system) from a trauma-aware perspective to help you develop a greater understanding of your behaviour and the cyclical energy that moves through you and around you
• Touch on the "window of capacity" for feeling safe, connected and embodied
• Flow with the energy of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water with an intuitive movement practice for Embodied Cycle Wisdom guided by Ariel & Raven from the Sacral Embodiment Collective.

Please bring water, wear comfortable clothing, and have a private space where you can move freely. For an optimal auditory experience, have a Bluetooth speaker or earphones (optional).

All gender identities are welcome. No experience is necessary.
