Astrology for Self-Care • Virgo Season

The theme for this session is inspired by Virgo (6th house / Mercury) with a focus on exploring "the recovering perfectionist".

This phase of the Zodiacal cycle naturally follows Leo to bring in more order, routine and humility. It activates the axis of health, wellness, healing and self-improvement as it compels us to transform into the most pure or best version of ourselves. It does so through practicality, useful information, humble analysis of reality, discernment, personal development, mentorship, service, mastery of skills and custodian to the land. With its analytical mind and ability to see fine details, Virgo's gifts can become the shadow side of perfectionism and a feeling of not-enoughness. We'll be working with Mutable Earth and Mercury (and other complementary astrological points) as we call on the medicine of this phase while preventing- or recovering from perfectionism.

These monthly group sessions are designed to support you in your self-care and inner healing journey using astrology and other complementary modalities. Each session will be unique of its own. 

Journaling prompts, key astrological dates, a debrief email and the replay is sent in the days following the live event. Please bring a journal, water/tea, tools for creating sacred space (optional) and anything to make your experience comfy & cozy.

As it stands with “self-care”, I’m referring to a psycho-spiritual process of taking care of ourselves and the practical application for supporting self-healing and inner work; for creating harmony from within (the cyclical kind). The intention is to support you in being your own Teacher; your own Healer alongside the work you do with qualified professionals.
