Astrology for Self-Care • Sagittarius Session

This session is inspired by Sagittarius, the 9th sign of the Zodiac. After confronting the darkness and moving beyond barriers in Scorpio season, Sagittarius season invites us to break free from limitations, explore unknown horizons, contemplate our beliefs, expand our minds, stoke the fire within, and aim with hope for transpersonal growth. 

Join Alex and guest teacher Adelle Leonard as we: 

☾ Share a safe space for meditation, reflection, and ritual

☾ Study the qualities of Sagittarius (9th house, Jupiter, Mutable Fire) and the spectrum of how it manifests in our lives from a trauma-aware perspective

The embodiment practice is an opportunity for you to fully step into your sovereign being in relation to the elements the insights and the energies that are at play in Sagittarius season. We look to stoking our inner fire through movement, breath, and sound. We enjoy our creative self, and the inner child at play as we move the body inflow without strict limitations within our mindset. You can expect a half a style yoga practice, guided pranayama, mystic mantra, and shaking medicine. This practice is for everyone and can be tailored specifically to suit your individual human needs.

Adelle Leonard is an intuitive, creator, facilitator, educator, instructor, bodyworker, retreat host, ceremony list, and coach of inspired, connected living. She trusts in the wisdom of nature to live in rhythm and has long followed the energy of the Sun, Moon, and stars to manifest a balanced, in-flow lifestyle. Instructing yoga, meditation, and energy work for over 15 years she has expanded her offerings with each new modality she studies under and has fused together teachings to bring conscious awareness to her community. Living in the mountains of British Colombia, off of her mat she can often be found in the woods exploring wild places.

These monthly group sessions are designed to support you in your self-care and inner healing journey using astrology and other complementary modalities within a community setting. Each session will be unique of its own. 

Journaling prompts, key astrological dates, a debrief email and the replay is sent in the days following the live event. Please bring a journal, water/tea, tools for creating sacred space (optional), and anything to make your experience cozy.

As it stands with “self-care”, I’m referring to a psycho-spiritual process of taking care of ourselves and the practical application for supporting self-healing and inner work; for creating harmony from within (the cyclical kind). The intention is to support you in being your own Teacher; your own Healer alongside the work you do with qualified professionals.
