AcuYoga: Receive, Restore, Return to Centre 🌾

AcuYoga is the coming together of integrative yoga and community acupuncture. By incorporating yoga, mindfulness meditation, astrology, and five elemental theory, AcuYoga aims to move the body, lift the spirit, and hold the human heart. It honours the individual journey and the power of healing in the community.

This AcuYoga event is designed to help us receive, restore, and return to centre with:

• Opening remarks regarding the Fall Equinox and the Earth element
• 45-minute grounding yoga flow with Astrologer & Registered Yoga Teacher, Alex Albert
• 45-minute community acupuncture offering with Registered Acupuncturist, Vicki Rivard

Following registration, each participant will receive an email from Vicki with intake/consent forms to provide an individualized treatment based on TCM diagnosis.

Only 10 spots are available per time slot (20 total).

Two spots are available PRO BONO (one free ticket per time slot) for folks who would otherwise be unable to attend due to financial constraints.

A receipt for the community acupuncture portion of the evening, in the amount of $37.50, can be provided for insurance purposes.

No prior experience is required. All gender identities are welcome.
